The check-in process was frustrating as we had to collect the keys from a different location which was time-consuming and inconvenient. the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard with dusty surfaces and unclean floors.

Spending Christmas at this ski property was an amazing experience! The apartment was spacious, modern and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, as it was close to plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. We loved the fact that the spa was nearby, which made it easy for us to unwind after a long day of skiing. Plus, the property offered plenty of activities to do around, perfect for a family holiday.

That it was a bit of a walk to the ski lift, but it wasn't really a big deal. However, the wifi in the apartment was a bit slow, which made it difficult to use sometimes.
